With over 30 years of extensive and broad experience, Mr. Yong has established a proven track record of a “technopreneur”, where he successfully built an impressive enterprise that introduced and developed state-of-the art technologies. His background includes project planning and management, execution and operations, commercial, and industrial facilities experiences. Mr. Yong also sits on the board of multiple professional associations where he provides mentoring and employment opportunities for young professionals.

Mae is the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Berjaya Higher Education Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Berjaya Corporation Group. She was responsible for setting up BERJAYA University College of Hospitality (BERJAYA UCH) with her team of devoted colleagues. Being a visionary and answering the call of the Malaysian Government for higher education reforms, she directs the operational roll out of the programmes of the University College and manages the operational, financial performance and strategic planning of the Institution.

Datuk Zainun Aishah Binti Ahmad

Datuk Zainun Aishah graduated from University of Malaya with an Honours Degree in Economics. Datuk Zainun Aishah began her career with Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (“MIDA”), the Malaysian government’s principal agency for the promotion and coordination of industrial development in the country where she worked for 35 years. In her years of service, she held various key positions in MIDA as well as in some of the country’s strategic council, notably her pivotal role as National Project Director in the formulation of Malaysia’s first Industrial Master Plan. She was the Director-General of MIDA for 9 years and Deputy Director-General for 11 years.

Datuk Zainun Aishah was a Director of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Malayan Banking Berhad.

Currently Datuk Zainun Aishah’s other directorships in public companies are, Microlink Solutions Berhad, Degem Bhd, Berjaya Media Berhad, Berjaya Food Bhd, Shell Refinery Company (Federation of Malaysia) Bhd and British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad.
